Poor Doggy. I wonder if it’s aware of it’s impending doom :-(

Okay I admit, I do random things on the odd occassion…..I mean I photograph my legs. Don’t ask me why – it’s not logical! It’s just something I’ve started doing. I mean if you think about it – it’s something you look at alot when your eyes are looking down. It’s a common viewpoint. So I figured why not photograph it? At the risk of sounding like Will Shatner off “Weird or what?” here are my legs……..

and there’s plenty more where that came from….which reminds me…when I was a nanny in London, the girls who I looked after and myself would make up dance sequence variations to music. Well actually, they made them up and I generally watched. The girls had an obsession with the bands Five, S Club 7, and Macy Gray’s song “I try”. Now you know how sometimes when you don’t know the words to a song you just make them up well we swore that Macy’s chorus which is:

I try to say goodbye and I choke
I try to walk away and I stumble
Though I try to hide it it’s clear
My world crumbles when you are not near

was actually:

I try to say goodbye and I choke
I try to walk away and I stumble
Though I try to hide it it’s clear
I wear goggles when you are not here.

The youngest girl would even go and get her swimming goggles and wear them whilst we listened to the song. But that’s not the point…….the point is………Macy is renown for saying “I’m really demanding. No girl really wants just a guy. You want a prince, you want Jesus. So when he comes around and his name is Steve, what are you supposed to do?”

Recently when I went on a ferry ride across the Cook Strait this apparition appeared as if straight out of the movie Titanic – bar the white nightie. I wandered what the man was thinking and couldn’t resist.

And of course no blog post would be worth it’s weight in gold if there wasn’t some uber scrumptious wedding candy to feast your eyes on…….direct from UK photographer Julia Boggio.
