My bedroom

The Four Seasons Hotel – Florence, Italy.

If I lay in one of these beds and stared at the fresco ceiling I would have died and gone straight into the Heaven pictured in the fresco. Truly this place looks like pure MAGIC.  I have been to Florence before and stayed in a beautiful old Villa which used to be a nunnery. (I swear it was haunted). Florence is a quaint and beautiful place.  However this place tops the list for sure……….pay attention potential honeymooners!

It must feel like staying in an art gallery

It’s pure luxury, at 5 stars probably costs a packet but looks TOTALLY AWESOME! Some of the suites have their own private garden, some have the original frescoes on the walls and some have to die for decor. If you’re feeling like a president you can stay in he presidental suite or if Royalty is more your thing you can opt for the Royal Suite.  They do weddings here too, which must be simply splendid to attend. I’d wear a big poofy ball dress.

Here I'd have a spot of breakfast

I’d personally go for the most lavish over the top room I could find, full of gold statues, cherub frescos on the ceiling and beautiful colours. And I’d probably jump on the bed.

This Bed.

Then I’d go for a stroll in one of the most ornate gardens to be found in Florence…..

La la la la

… stick my head into the gilted ballroom and convince someone to dance with me

My beloved ballroom

and then I’d go into the former church on the premises and Thank God for such an awesome place!!
